Why my HUD doesnt work in Freerolls?

Hello, i downloaden from 4 days holdem Manager 3 and i never see a hud in freeroll tournaments, but only in freerolls, when i do cash or other tournaments or spin% gos it works, how can i fix it?

FYI there is an official HM Support Thread stickied at the top of the forums that we monitor more closely.

Which specific site are you having HUD problems on FreeRolls at? Can you see the recent/current hands for the player in the Reports or Live Play view?

Please see our HUD Troubleshooting FAQ and if you continue to have problems please send the requested screenshots, logs and hand history files in a new support ticket as instructed at the end of the FAQ.
