So .11 is working ok for you, but .12 would not at all? I'd like for the developer to see that log file. Not good if the latest is working worse.

It should be pretty soon. It's being worked on. Trying to work out any anomaly issues with cash games first.
If anyone was having trouble with it not starting, there's a new .13 release. You can download it and re-install. This should address a lot of issues and has a lot of fixes. If you need a new trial you can also PM me or contact support.

I just downloaded the trial and I am getting a lot of import errors in pt4. Out of 35 hands I have 11 errors so far.
The type of errors I'm getting the most are:
Error: pokerstars: Invalid pot size for hand #2884737384
Error: PokerStars: P3_665632JB invalid raise (Hand #2884742964) (Hand #2884742964)
I also got this once:
Error: PokerStars: Unable to import hand (#2884737695). Reason: Unable to execute query: COPY cash_hand_player_statistics FROM STDIN;; Reason: Fatal Error (ERROR: invalid input syntax for type numeric: "-1.#J" CONTEXT: COPY cash_hand_player_statistics, line 1, column val_f_raise_made_pct: "-1.#J" )

I have a problem getting the hud to show up multiple tables. It only works on 1 of them. I got it to work earlier but I don't know how. I keep restarting poker tracker and the hand catcher, but it doesn't work. Now the hud dissapeared on the first site and I cant get it back on.

It seems like it doesn't work when I tile the tables. I opened BCC.log and it says:

I'm trying it out again. At one of my tables it was working alright and only getting a few errors, but at my other table it only got the first hand and the rest errors.

If you're getting a lot of errors, then try running the tables in default or minimum size. This will increase the accuracy a lot. Right now the main issue is with re-sizing, and on some resolutions it's great, others not so great and that's where we're working on improving it. There will be a new .15 version coming out today I believe.

When I first tried to use this it was on Sunday. Pokerstars was green arrowed, I tried adding it to the auto import folders. After I add this folder Pokerstars goes to a caution sign. I have no clue on how to work with this because I can't access Pokerstars, I'm not really sure how to get around that. Also have Windows 7 32 bit, so isn't 86 everything else is there just not the 86. I've tried deleting it and nothing has worked, downloaded the new hm2 release today and Pokerstars again was green arrowed. Even tried downloading the latest result as soon as I add it to Pokerstars auto import I can get no further.

If it's caution arrowed that's ok. When the catcher asked you what database you use, you chose HM2, and then when you looked at the auto import folders it wasn't setup automatically, is that correct? So you manually added it?

I could be wrong, but I don't believe I was ever given the option to chose which hud I used. Watch tutorial is the only dark option, the two below are grey

On install it asks you what database you use so it can setup the auto import folders. If you didn't do that, then you'll need to manually do it, and the tutorial video does explain how to do it.

I've already tried all this. I don't get the option to auto import, so I manually added it. I will try to completely uninstall and reinstall see if that gets me a
anywhere else. Not sure if hands are supposed to show up in the hand history, but it is completely blank, but this may be due to not getting it to sync up with hm2. Hm2 and Pt4 are both in grey also fwiw. Also I'm sure my 3 day trial is up to, but I have never got it to work lol, so I don't know if that makes things more difficult.
