For you, what should the perfect poker site have?

The first is to be trustable, also it should have good and fast support and quick cashouts. The software should be fast, with a nice interface, a big amount of players and a good selection of tournaments/cash games. Talking only about the software, Full Tilt was the perfect poker site in my opinion, but unfortunately they had other big problems.

A site with decent software like pokerstars, but with lots of soft competition with low rake.

Poker Stars is a pale shadow of what it once was. There is only a dry husk of a poker site compared with its heyday. It's all about the online casinos now, that is where all the poker sites are now making their money now.

One of the most important reasons why there are so many poker sites is that you can choose a site that suits you personally. Some players are more interested in poker rooms, others in tournaments, and some in search of bonuses. No matter what is most important to you, among the many options there is a poker site that will perfectly suit your personality and will make you want to return to it again.You might like the idea of playing poker on a site that is known for having many more experienced poker players playing there. Or, you can find a poker site that is known to be a good place for beginners. If you are a beginner or are looking for a site with a lot of weak competition, I recommend party poker.

Unfortunately, there are no perfect ones.
But in general there are several main components. First of all, this is the reliability of the software. In addition, safety is also important to me. An important factor is the speed of the support service, the number of available methods of depositing and withdrawing funds, and in addition, the speed of processing the withdrawal request is a very important factor.

Answering strictly software based answers, here's some of the things I like:
1. Allowing changes in aspect ratio of the tables
2. Choosing personal avatars (none of these goofy cartoon BS avatars)
3. Poker Tracker compatible
4. Table layout software compatible
5. Players at tables not hidden before joining and not anonymous players
6. Still have Sit-n-go's
7. Allow heads up tournaments and cash games
8. Wide variety of games (even old school games such as 5 card draw and 5 card stud)
9. Smallest of stakes such as 2NL and 4NL and of course bigger
10. Run it twice feature
11. A great player color coding and note taking feature that's easy to see
12. Table color and design options
13. Option of showing BB's vs $ at table
14. Emoji's but good ones that are animated (see Carbon Poker for example)

People don't seem interested in different kinds of Mixed Games - but it bores me to death to just play the same variations of poker all the time.

It is important to have mixed games like 8-Game and HORSE because I like them very much.

There is no evident perfection in anything on this particular earth, and that wouldn't happen on a poker site. But there is perfection in the work as a whole, each site offers its own perfection. I particularly like playing them all, and each one has a good aspect to consider and its characteristics. Except for those sites that never work because it is what it is. The interesting thing is that site owners are always looking for continuous improvement, transparency, and also work hard to maintain a fair and fun environment.

I think the perfect site is in which you could play alots of cc freerolls. Another opinion is, that there are not a perfect site. The most side had some nice aspects. Early in my poker days i played on Pokerstars. There were a lot of players and the software was pretty nice. Actually in german the regulation is pretty bad for players. So there are less freerolls and less rakeback and this limited the pokersites to give money back. At the moment overall i played mostly on gg and 888.

My perfect poker site would have no special promotions (which I find confusing), and perhaps just a few freerolls - these would be to allow players to get a sense of what it is like to have to concentrate for a long time, rather than look for the first occasion on which they could go all-in. Late registrations would be no longer than five minutes. And there would be no link-up in any way to a casino, because I find that very underhand (it's the reason Victoria Coren left Poker Stars).

I would say the ability to play there legally, good payouts, decent software, lots of cash games, lots of mix games...
full tilt poker was ideal, Pokerstars was awesome prior to their banning so many countries and their techinal decline, heck I'd even take Ultimate Bet at this point lol

the most ideal site is pokerstars, it has always been convenient and how many years have passed it's still the best I like it before, and now I hope this poker site will exist for a very long time and we will play and enjoy it has all the free freeroll games the conclusion is the fastest user-friendly interface among all poker sites and everything is easy, those support is very fast everything poker players need
