Hi everyone! I've seen that several players are complaining about different problems with WPT Global, but I didn't see anyone complaining about this one.
I'm able to log in normally in WPT, from the PC and from the mobile, but every time I try to register in a game, even if it's a freeroll, this message pops up:
"Validation error:
You can not access real money games because we have detected the use of a proxy or VPN..."
I've already try to reinstall, and I even contacted support, but they keep telling me that a proxy is being detected. That it may be my internet provider.
I've checked with an online test and there's no proxy being used. I'm not sure how to solve it or if there's someone else going through the same problem.
Maybe is a temporary issue.
