I have had a ongoing issue for 8 months after a DDoS attack trying to get a credit issued. One rep tells me I will take care of then never hear back. The next Rep give me a some new BS story without a clue like the are reading off a script . Something is fishy for sure - it seems maybe all the past records were hacked and deleted , who knows !!
