Won a 320 dollar ticket from 888poker and don't get to use it.(resolved)

Pretty funny in a way. 888poker advertises their freerolls all the time. Then you use your time to grind them and happen to win a big ticket and there is not one tournament in 10 days for that ticket. Customer service says they can't do anything about it and emphazine how the ticket is system built and they are restricted from changing those tickets. Absolutely a laugh.

Maybe i was too haste, because now, after 10 minutes of my complaint, there is a tournament for the ticket... Or maybe you can effect the SYSTEM...

hehehe you were just worrying for nothing, maybe they hadn't launched the tournament in the lobby yet

I had similar situations several times, but then the corresponding tournaments still appeared in the lobby. All you need to do is check from time to time whether the tournament has appeared in the lobby or not yet. Don't worry, 888 is a reliable and safe site
