Will Carbon Poker cut down on late reg?

So...I can't help but notice that in Carbon Poker's Social OPS freeroll events, not only is reentry disabled, but late registration is a relatively scant thirty minutes. I can only hope that such a decision was made at least partially to start experimenting with reducing late registration overall for at least SOME events. Keeping my fingers crossed!
