another question. I thought all of these new "Poker" houses online after the Black Friday thing were regulated by the US in order to allow them to accept US players. Now I've come to find out that most of these sites are still hosted over seas.
What exactly changed from before with Black Friday? Why can these poker houses accept US player but the others can't?
I thought the whole reason for Black Friday was to stop US players from getting defrauded by these sites right?
