the first time I've heard about such a site good poker sites are pokerstars 888 poker and GGPoker I advise you to play on these sites and not play on sites you don't know or have not heard of

i enjoy bodog, but they don't have micro tourneys, is a room that you don't have nicknames, so you don't know who you playing against, but the field is soft
but definitely is a secure room!

They have micro tourneys. There is at least a daily 1.10 that i am aware of and for sure more. Its a very interesting room with a very limited player base.
