I was not banned, but my pokerstars real money, still does not work properly.
And for some reason, every time I re-install their software, following their instructions, it still cannot update.
I can only use the old software which does not give me my bonuses.
I have 2 people showing interest for PokerStars Casino, but I am thinking of closing my account instead. And opening a new account somewhere else.
