Verification of my PokerStars account

Good morning everyone, I'm back here on the forum. Help me if I make a mistake in any post. I would like to say that poker stars asked to verify my account and I submitted the documents, but I had to chat and wait and be patient to talk and get the information. I got them to release my account for me to make withdrawals, I was relieved, I was able to withdraw the money. Anyone who has this setback to verify their account should keep trying and go to the chat and everything will be resolved!

I was verified several years ago. The verification took about a week, but everything was resolved positively and my account was verified. The fact that you were allowed to withdraw money indicates at least that you are not suspected of any violations, and this, in turn, is a positive signal as a whole. So, be patient and wait, I think you will be verified.

I had the same issue with them recently. Two months for withdrawal...

Yeah at first my credit card dissapear without any warning from my withdraw methods then when i contacted them they give me the we will escalate ur case prefabric line that they always use.Then after weeks of waiting they told me that it was from my bank side...

Ok very unlikely but then i ask if i make a deposit with interac will it become my withdraw method? Live chat told me yes so i made a minimal deposit then wait and wait and wait nothing processing and finnaly after many time contacting them they told me that theyre was a rescriction on my account cause of the card and that they will lift it now.

Then wait to be process then wait for the interac to come for a magical 2 month and 4 days of wait in total

I also had absolutely no problem verifying my Pokerstars account some years ago.

If you have the required real documents that needed for the verification, you aren't going to have any problem.

I had to verify my account too a few years ago. But it took years until PS asked for my docs. The verification process was very fast and only took a few days, I remember that I didn't even had to chat or contact them.

it's very good that you were able to confirm your account and be able to withdraw the money because it's the best feeling when you have the money in your wallet now you are calm and you can continue playing poker and enjoying it. Sometimes there are such moments in poker and many people cannot verify their account because their service is not working well

I'm experiencing a much more complex problem than this, which is why I stopped playing there, but everything will be resolved soon and I'll explain everything here. I'm glad you made it, I'm glad!

Mine was also verified way to long ago. About 3 days or so the get it done. No issues at all with getting it done

I got verified on PokerStars a few years ago. It lasted at least a week, but I passed the verification and since then I have not had any problems with withdrawing funds.
