Hi Guys
I sent a withdrawal request on April 25 and got an email from Pokerstar requesting an account verification, On April 27 I sent them the id and related documents but I still haven't I received any feedback, I also sent the next 2 emails and expected them to help confirm the account but still received silence. My account still plays normally. But i cant withdraw my money.
What should I do now? Does anyone know ? Thanks for reading and looking forward to the help
