I also have a few euros in my Unibet account and I haven't made a deposit either. As far as I know, a deposit is a mandatory requirement for further withdrawals, but perhaps, given that Unibet is ceasing its activities in our country, an exception will be made for us. I think it is possible, but time will tell.
