Now I've got my answer...not clearly from the support.
They kept me waiting twice :
- 20 min to tell me that this freeroll should appear in the schelude after technicians will have refreshed the tournament list, and "should" take place at 4pm
- another 40 min, to tell me this time that it "should" take place at 7pm, to BS*it me a bit to see if I can use a poker client, and when I gently ask for a "will" instead of a "should" come the "oops, now I've got the info ; technical issue...dunno if it is going to be fix before it should start, blahblahblah..."
So, no big deal,, they just suppressed a freeroll a week.
But some players are going to be trapped by this misleading ad, and the way they wasted my time - to suggest something I almost knew since the freeroll didnt appear in the lobby - shows their lack of honesty.
Again no big deal, but first of all don't loose your time to ask the way I did
and for those caring about the minimum of honesty a
gambling website should have, just walk away from
unibet.
