Ultimate Bet Download Problem

Hi,
I have tried to download ultimate bet.com and it is not letting me.
Is this another Canadian restricted site like bodog?
It has a problem with my IE. I have not had any trouble anywhere else with this.
Any suggestions?

What do you mean by "it is not letting me", will the download not start?

UB doesn't restrict any countries, it is open worldwide AFAIK.
