I have won several coupons that are supposed to be good to use instead of cash to enter "certain" tournaments, however, upon trying to use these "coupons" I found it next to impossible to find a game for which they can be used, after a few emails,I was informed of the "two games" for which I could use my coupons, I tried once again to enter and pay using the coupon, this time there was no longer a choice of paying for the game, (cash $1.10 or $1.10 coupon), the coupon was replaced with 110 Vip points, or cash $1.10. After sending an email back to c.s. and telling them of my problem I have yet to hear back. Last time I play for coupons is the lesson here, I guess. The games were sit n go NLHE $1.10.
