Tickets won at BOL - how to find them

I’ve won several of these little micro .01 buy in all in tournaments on BOL and have yet to see a ticket available to use on the described tourney. Felt a little stupid initially but now it’s too intriguing. Can someone break this down for me? Is there a process to receive the ticket? Is it one time use, like if I don’t use it it’s gone, or can I select a time as long as it’s the described tourney in the attached photo? Sorry if this is a dumb question but it’s driving me crazy. Thanks in advance for the help.

did you try to click on cashier in the upper right corner? or scroll with the mouse over?

Yeah and I’ve clicked on the actual tournament that was described by going into the satellite breakdown and it says buy in amount, tournament cash $0, or ticket 0. I thought maybe they were for later events and was a little embarrassed to ask, but now it seems pointless to keep playing them if I don’t even know how to claim my tickets. I’ve sent them an email so I’ll let you know what they tell me.

I joined BOL, and am leaving. Their poker traffic is non-existent compared to others. Their casino offerings are fun, but .... you win big first few hands/pulls, and then everything goes dry. I cashed out and went to another.

The entire site feels like two or three sites just copy / pasted over one another, with the double header they have going on. Very odd and sloppy, and that's my overall opinion.

Is it a ticket or are you pre-registered for the tournament?
