I am having the same problem.

The problem is not that we cannot see the 2nd page, but that the article we are viewing is blocked off on the right half by a large black bar.

I am on a Mac and use Safari. I am not sure what is going on, oh well.

I suspect a lot of players simply can't be bothered to read the T&Cs. I've read some, although certainly not for every site where I have money, so nothing in this article surprises me. Actually, it just annoys me even more that governments like the US and mine, canada, won't protect me from such potential abuses via reasonable regulations.
