I found out something that might work for me in reducing tilt. pokerstars has limits which you can put on yourself such as how high you can play, I think if youre up to it, just put in a restriction so you dont play out of your BR. We all know BR management is essential, but sometimes we dont care, and we just wanna play that 50nl game with a 200$ BR. then we lose 50 and wanna get it back, time to try again! This is ruinous...just put a limit on yourself and it will automatically stop you from moving up during tilt
