Something curious with deposits and withdrawals in ACR

I wonder why if they have an automated system for online deposits, if bitcoin when you deposit in the room it becomes effective as soon as it is validated by 3 or 5 addresses (average 10 to 15 minutes maximum), because the same does not happen when you make a withdrawal and it takes 24 hours?

I guess the have to chack withdrawal against money laundering. Or someone in America can deposit and someone in another land takes it out.
