Tonight, maybe about 700 people were tricked and made look like fools by pokerstars. What happened. There is a live trivia show run by pokerstars, every night, with a 1000$ prize. There is 10 questions with 3 possible answers to chose from. Tonight topic was Disney characters and first question was something like: From what movie are Darla and Bruce? Don`t remember all offered answers but one of them was Finding Nemo, which is correct one, and two other totally unrelated with question. Over 700 people chose Finding Nemo and only 18 players chose one of other answers, and according to pokerstars only that 18 players hit the correct answer. Till the 9th question 6 players from 18 were eliminated and 9th question was: To infinity and beyond is a favorite quote of which hero. 1. Buzz Lightyear 2. Aladin 3. Baloo and all of remaining 12 players answered 2. Aladdin and according to pokerstars, that was correct answer.

IMO this is obvious proof that they are using bots or insiders in their games, because there is no way that all of 12 remaining players would answer "correct" on 9th question by chance. The real question is, if they are using bots in 1000$ giveaway do they use bots in all other games we are playing?

Thank you for bringing more facts about this. Was playing some tournaments parallel and after the first question table window jumps so i obviously change 1 for 4. So there was another one. Nice. Those 12 "apostles" are the main issue here. Who are they? How they were able to always hit "correct" answer? Bots or insiders?

I have thought many times and if I think it is not the right place for me to think if I think they use bots and especially at the tables it is incredible what you see in this salt makes you think that you are a poor player who does not advance or evolve but when you play somewhere else you see many different things it is sad that the best room beinde those thoughts to its players

I know one thing for sure: that can't be by chance
There were 12 people after ALADDIN and ALL 12 people managed to chose TAPIR
They can't know this, they can't google it: they just know WHERE TO CLICK
It seems that location\number of answer is more important than content of answer
So number is primary and someone just puts right answers in predetermined pattern
Yesterday this "someone" did his\her job bad, but 12 other "someones" knew the pattern and just won
Maybe the patterns is repetitive, so 12 clever people manage to calculate them for every day
Maybe the PS staff member gave this pattern to family and friends
Winnings usually round up, so maybe there are bots to help keep total winnings under 1000$
I have a premonition that we'll never figure up for sure

I havent played pokerstars in a long time. Its nice to see they moving to the family poker scheme. That was the whole reason we left pokerstars. We came to the more shady sites so we could drink and smoke and chat. I hope you keep us informed on how pokerstars is treating the public as we have kids that count on us to be there for them.

Dont worry about the 1000 dollar question game. You will win when its time for you to have the money. They want to spread the money around to hit everyone. It helps to show they are taking care of there patrons. Some call it pimping. Pokerstars prolly calls it a guardian.

For me this is by far no "obvious proof". I dont know this show but why should this be connected to what happens at a poker table?

That being said i would really be not surprised if something like "house players" exist on stars or other sites. I dont say they do for sure but its in the realm of possibility
