I think the "big" rooms are safe, like pokerstars, 888poker, partypoker, ACR/BCP. I play in all of them and made cashouts without any problems.

I can't speak to the "big" rooms. I do know of a few really big companies (not poker rooms) that have clearly not acted in their clients best interests. Presumably the ones that Cardschat are affiliated with are "safe" especially now with their move to regulated sites.

Personally, I only belong to one real money poker room and it's a government regulated one.
