As some of you know I moved to Korea for a new job. I tried to be smart and ran my Bankrolls down to near $0 at the sites I play except at Ultimate Bet. They were my very first deposit and I wanted to leave a bit more there, not sure how much but over $10.
Well, after trying unsuccessfully to log in I wrote a note to technical support, here is their reply:

I guess I am just ranting, they had better send me my balance regardless of their normal rules dagnabbit.
