Rakeback on Carbon

My history in Cashier is completely blank. I do not think I am getting my RB. I have emailed support but was wondering if others were seeing the same thing.

My cashier history in both Carbon and Aced is blank.

My real money ledger in Aced shows rakeback but I got it through an affiliate. Don't know if that makes a difference in how it shows up.

I don't play enough on Carbon to get rakeback there.

In the client... Go to the top... click on Promotions... Rakeback... it will open in a new window and should show a daily ledger of what RB you are receiving.
