Would registering your Stars poker account on TOR help? It is encrypted I believe.
It can't be done, PS can pick it up and ban the account. Ps does have it in their TOS.
The other problem, comes when you withdraw, and need to send in your ID, or bill, with your mailing address on it.

Tor (the onion router) works like an onion. Your encrypted browsing data gets sent to one server, than another and then another in layers. Each one forgets the last. The end server can I believe look at what you're doing (they don't know who you are but can see what you're doing). For this reason it wouldn't be advisable to use tor anyway for this anyway!

A private payed for VPN would be a better option located in a desirable country.

I'd probably skip the hassel all together and start playing on one of the mainstream pokersites that offer crypto in Aus: www.cryptoreturncalculator.com/crypto-poker-sites
