PS screen resolution

just tried that m8
maximized screen ,then dragged it to left side of desktop.
detached chat and put that on right side of desktop.
there is a slight overlap but definitely an improvement.

I think you may be able to squidge it up by dragging the lhs of chat to improve the overlap

the chat box will only drag vertical
not horizontal (wont go 'thinner')
i have to drag the table a bit smaller,
