Problem "selecting" withdrawal method FTP.

Ok so title says it all. I've deposited with my master card on FTP before. Now, it's the first time I want to withdraw, but after clicking the cashier > withdrawal buttons, I can't see the select tab on the right of each method.. I've already mailed support about this but I was hoping someone else encountered this problem and managed to fix it. Help please

I wish these US Friendly sites would offer gift debit cards as a form of withdraw payment. Makes the legal loopholes easier and is easily used for a player to deposit onto a site.
