The problem with logging in to Pokerstars?

Hello everyone. Has anyone received a "happy letter" from Pokerstars today? I can't log into my account, even though everything was fine this morning.

I just logged on. I had to answer and accept some new policies but all is OK.

Everything is working fine on my end. Maybe they had some issus with theire global server cluster, happens from time to time.
Just shoot a message to PS support and they will forward your issue to the technical team.

I also received a statement that I read and accepted, all normal

I tried login and it told I cant use .eu client anymore, have to use .com. I downloaded it by clicking "OK". Everything seems fine now, except lobby looks worse (typical at Stars lately, lot of bad visual changes). Settings were also reseted however should be similar experience now, I don't see any non-visual changes.

What was the reward you received, or "happy letter"?

I couldn’t log in because the client agreement was changing and I had to check new boxes indicating what terms I agree to, after that everything is fine.

I don't have a problem with login yet but let's see .Pokerstars make changes very often so...

In general, I understood what the problem is. My friend also didn't believe me at first, saying, "I played a couple of hours ago, everything was fine." But when he tried to log in, there was an update. After three attempts, he accepted the changes and everything was fine for him, but I still can't open the page and it doesn't let me into the application. I downloaded the update after ten attempts, maybe the internet speed is to blame for everything. Thank you for your comments. I consider the issue closed.

I went through all of the above. I still can't get the update. LAND on 404 many times. Or ERROR # etc...
I end up using old software and now I can't log out anymore. I am not getting all my bonuses.
And that is after clearing history and the cash and re-installing the software.
