PokerStars worse with every update?

Am I the only one that thinks that pokerstars is getting worst and worst with every update they make?

I remember been able to do things right from the table that are no longer possible either you have to do them in a different way, or you can do them at all.

• You can no longer resize the table to it's default size from the table itself (Not even sure if you can achieve this in a different way)
• You can no longer report someone in chat (Now you have to go into the help section and send a message where you have to manually copy the chat into the message and provide details, and yes, you have to do all this while you are playing)
• Confusing new UI on the Top right of the tables that displays information that the player doesn't know what it is, because when you mouse over the values it doesn't tell you. (And I may be wrong, but also looks like sometimes it displays different things in the same spot)

This are some of the most recent and not so recent ones. I guess I could also mention the addition of the throwables that add no value to the game at all. I guess they just had to "copy" what other platforms already had for years.

but for sure I dislike the fact that great poker rooms like PokerStars or partypoker do updates all the fu**** time ,, wtf they update all the time I do not get it . On PokerStars I have to open the lobby 7-10 minutes earlier before tourney starts , just to be sure there is no update , especially when I play on mobile , and when I have no preregister for CC tourneys

I think, its just like with any other software, that changes take some time getting used to. But I dont agree, that all changes are for the worse. The first two things, you mention, is not something, I have ever used, so I dont care. And as for having information about the tournament on the table, this is something, I actually missed on PokerStars before, because not having it force you to go in the tournament lobby to find out, how far you are from the bubble or the next payjump. I dont think, its perfect yet though, so hopefully it will be improved soon, even though this require another update

If you play regularly, this is really not much of an issue. And if not yes then just fire up the client in advance, if you need to be there at a specific time to not miss out on something like a CC freeroll with no late registration

Even though I don't always like what's out there after the updates, it's a sign that they care. There have been problems with the Aurora graphics for a very long time, but that seems to be okay again so far, in any case, at the moment I only had the problem that I automatically entered a cooling down phase without having voted for it and that a few times now. But otherwise I don't really have much to complain about. It doesn't always work out right away, but they try to fix it

I didn't notice that PS is worse after updates, for me it's seems the same thing. But I usually don't use any of the features that you mentioned.

The thing you click on to play the Hand History Replayer disappears on my tables. I have to enlarge the table REALLY big... then I can make it smaller again and it will still be there.
The clicking on the BET button twice 'glitch' seems to have stopped. That was a huge P.I.T.A. When playing lots of tables, you click on your BET button,... thinking you've performed that action.. meanwhile you've taken your action on a few other tables not realizing your initial table never responded to the click on the BET button. For awhile I thought this was just my computer but more recently I've heard from others who have been experiencing the same issue/glitch, including some streamers (< who also thought it was just their own computer).

i only play CC freerolls and sometimes spin and go. it' a torture to play tournaments with the last changes. R.I.P. pokerstars.

Compared to other rooms (especially with parties), the software is just perfect! Over the years of the game, there has never been a departure from the application, or major freezes. In short, there was no need to be nervous about this topic. But the glade here is certainly strong. The poker room is definitely not for beginners. Stars is one of the most popular poker rooms in the world and they are in the first place in terms of reliability.

Had some "much-needed update" earlier this week so looks like dealer messages are back and only way to get rid of them is to hide chat completely although previously you could choose whether you want to see player and/or dealer messages or both or neither of them ...

Therefore the title ^ is even more accurate now ...

Ohh yes I noticed that behavior and not sure what causes it, a lot of times I'm positive I clicked an action, just to realize that for whatever reason the software didn't recognize it.
I guess it's some miss-click protection or something where the window needs to gain focus first.
For sure it's a pain when multi-tabling.

Had it happen to me a couple of times, and it's even worst when the update breaks the configuration of your table looks, like when they removed some themes. So you loose some time having to pick an alternative that you like.

You can resize the table, pick the 3rd button from the top left, open the menu and first option is reset to default size, or use CTRL+B (see picture)

Usually I'm ignoring the chat and I don't how to report someone, I will do some researches

I like the info that are in the top right corner, I don't need to go to the lobby to find how many players are still in the game, which is my position, when the late registration will finish and other info

The throwables can be turned off from the setting, you will not see them anymore

I don’t like whatever it is they’re trying to do with that info box. It used to be very useful. Now I don’t know what it’s supposed to be.
