Pokerstars verification

Hi all, just wanted to ask, how long does the Verification process take for pokerstars just curious as it's been 4 days since I put my docs in anyone had longer than 5?

My daughter has problems being verified by Pokerstars. Her account is now suspended for several months now. What can she do?

I haven't been verified on PokerStars yet, but I have heard from other players that this process can take as long as 4-5 weeks.
