As I stated in an earlier thread I am returning to online play after a long hiatus since Black Friday. I have heard that PS is now open to players in Pennsylvania, USA. I was wondering if I decide to download it if I have to use the account I had when they shut down or will I have to open a whole new account? Any information would be greatly appreciated.
