Don't play there much.
So $10/100 should be easy enough to do.

Got 32.50$ bonus and need 455VPP to clear it.

That means 1$ for 14 FPP, rake back of 5.5/14 = 39%

That should be easy to me to do it in a single month.

lol at myself i don't even know where to find the bonus lists in v7.....will it still show up in the cashier and maybe just isn't there atm because I don't have any bonuses in progress?

not that it really matters, expect I'll have a fair size vpp requirement due to some huge grind months last year but currently be lucky to maintain a silverstar status given the limits i can grind with the br.

Just quoted you bluff as it was easier for me to explain. To find star code you can find it under "tools" tab on right hand side of your screen. Hope this helps anyone who cannot find it.

Bonus on pokerstars

I just get some kind of bonus on pokerstars and its funy. Its simply weard bicose for that bonus wich is 20 dolars if i make 215 FPP points in 30 days. Weard part is that if i wana make 215 points i need to play 430 dolars. So on paper i need to speend 400 bucks to win 20 LOL. My advice is when u doo your points dont loose bicose you will not earn from bonus, you will only make your loose weaker. :vroam:

After you entered your star code, it takes a while to process this.

When the pop up window appears, the challenge begins and the bonus status should also appear in the cashier.

@Syltan: Try the 45mans, you can play more and faster :)

Only if he doubles/triples his volume, which should do wonder for the old win rate.

I Should be able to clear mine and I played fairly regularly over the last few months. But I suppose the bonus is mainly aimed at getting players to increase volume and play more.

Hi Josipjosip

I don't agree with you on this matter :

- To get 215 VPP and not Fpp you have to rake 215/5.5 = 39.09$

- You will get also 215 FPP , that you can convert it to tournament $ by playing FPP satellite etc... , those Fpp are equal to 215/70 = almost 3$ : if you are on the chrome star or lower vip level.

so this bonus , or ultimate bonus, is equal to 20+3 /39.09$ = 59% rake back , no that bad :)

why bother?

the way i'm looking at it is just play and do what you normally do, if you get the required vpp's needed then yay... if not then oh well.....

Sure, no point chasing this for a reg player.

The problem I am seeing is that PS promotions are garbage lately. Those Daily challenges are basically jokes at players' expenses and this promotion is even bigger one.

Who is this for?

- Regs would need to go for their personal best to receive a pittance in rakeback (higher bonus = worse it is) :D
- Low level players who struggle with low volume on 1-2 tables should up their number of tables to get broke quicker

The only group of players who will benefit are those who are just starting and those who have started a new level in 2015. while having a healthy bankroll management. That should be a big number :icon_salu

So basically only a very small fraction of players will actually clear this.

It s really not that bad, my mission is to earn 600 VPP for 37,5 dollars.

But 90% of my play are tournaments and it s hard to achieve 600 points in a month on micros, so i am almost forced to play cashgame to achieve it.

So i played some CG today, lost about 10 USD and earned about 50 VPPs. At that rate i will lose like 120 dollars to "earn" 37,5...

Hopefully next session will be more succesfull.

My bonus has been set at a single installment of $50 for 1,400 VPPs. I'm now regretting chasing that last stellar reward in December, that chase along with bad bankroll management means that it will be nigh on impossible for me to unlock that ultimate bonus.... Oh well, it's not like it was my $50 in the 1st place, so nothing ventured; nothing gained.....
I'm still planning to win the $100k bonus shootout, which should make up for not hitting the ultimate bonus. :D

No they aren't, VPPs are points you get which are what your VIP level is based on. FPPs are a 'currency' which you gain from getting VPPs. For anyone under Silverstar VIP level you gain 1 FPP for every 1 VPP. At higher VIP levels you earn more FPPs for every VPP you earn.

You can spend FPPs in the VIP store and use them to enter tournament satellites etc.
