PokerStars Throwables: Funny or Annoying?

I hardly use them as I have very limited choice about them.
They are offered to the cash game players, but hardly to the SNG players.
And only sometimes I think, wow what fancy stuff is flying around the table now, lol.
I do not mind them, but I also do not need them somehow, so therefore for me
it is not a real reward....

Exactly my point. If PS want it, so be it, but it has nothing to do with poker, so don't call it a reward.

I don't like them and I think I never used it, but if there are players that enjoy those type of things it does not bother me if other players keep throwing stuff at me at the tables.

I agree, this is a completely unnecessary option. I don't understand why P S went to this? I would like to disable Aurora, but I was deprived of this opportunity, which is very annoying

Pokerstars have a challenge where you can earn the "right" to throw stuff at other players.
I think that it is crap, and have nothing to do with poker, and I absolutely do not consider it a reward.

I totally agree with you. It’s crap and I never use this option.

I believe they added that crap just to copy other platforms that have similar features.

They probably heard some players like it, or they were worried to loose players to something like that (who knows) and they end up adding it to the software.

In my opinion it adds no value to the game. And even when you can disable it, you really can't, because you can disable seen the throwables, but other players would still be able to throw stuff at you.

Donkey cannon lol definitely just a bit of fun for recreational players.
But people do like to collect stuff and might encourage more play and rake for the site in my opinion.
