I did not have this kinda issues...maybe they restarted the software i dont know....but for me everything was fine.

Look at lobby , all game are canceled

it is ridiculous, an any time you ask what the problem is pokerstars responds with we are currently working to fix the problem, shouldn't they be obliged to tell us what the problem is?

Don't see how anyone can complain about an occasional problem at PS. Try living in the US and having to play on other sites.

That explains a lot. I had some issues getting Playing History Audits yesterday but had a rare day of going through HEM2 studying rather than playing. I got an email this morning telling me everything was fine there and asking for logs. The previous three emails were the missing playing history audits that had taken 10 hours to arrive... It seems to be fine again today... apart from one of the tourneys I was hoping to play has been cancelled

It really sucks for the player when the problems are on the weekend. Probably wouldn't be as big of a deal if it happened in the middle of the week.

I was registred at 4 MTT and i was curius why the turnaments didn't start.Then i look again at the looby and find this thing.

Yep 2nd night for me to play a game and have it cancelled.

Just be patient PS will fix it soon.

It looks like they are getting it sorted... Registration is open again for all games starting after 10pm GMT
Also... It appears all cash games are working fine, seemingly unaffected by the problems crippling the rest of the site.

Please be advised that all play money dealing has been stopped due to technical issues being worked on at the moment.

Additionally, all real money scheduled tournaments are being cancelled for the same reason indicated above.

Turns out I was wrong about games starting again after 10pm, as they've all been cancelled again & it is allowing registration from 11pm onwards. I have a feeling they are allowing registration, more in the hope of getting things sorted, than any actual expectation....
Hopefully they get it sorted, until then I guess there's always Full Tilt.

A new message just came up showing Spin'n'Gos are back online, I'm in a cash game which is still a bit laggy... Hopefully this is the beginning of the end of these issues!

Since they introduced this new PokerStars 7 software a single week can't pass without experiencing this lags...
And it always happens on weekends,.. seems like this new software can't handle the big player pool :/ or something like that..

absoultely true. but one Thing amaze me that spin n goes and cash games going smooth as usuall while mtts , sngs are getting affected . i wonder if there is any conspiracy theory there to rake more Money

PokerStars 7 beta had too many problems and it seems that nothing has changed after the official launch.

It was lasted about two weeks,lot of tournaments were canseled, cash game same. PS has lot of maney, but has no people to solve this problem? I want ask all hahave this troubles (room not works, tables hung, etc.) or only players from Ukraine, Russia?

There were technical issues yesterday end the day before....every player had to deal with that.
Seems everything is back to normal right now...
