Lately, in the last few months or so, I've been awarded odd chests of free spins at the weekends. Most of the time I go to open the chest and either it just sticks on loading or when the window opens it doesn't respond to a click. When you do eventually get it open and get the free spins you then have the same problem with the slot not opening.

Sometimes I've had to resort to using the mobile version to do it. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software but it's still as bad.

Anyone else having problems, and why after all this time is it getting worse instead of being fixed?

Hello, the chests take time to open, sometimes it is a problem of the speed of the internet, I almost always have to log out and log in again to open the chest from my computer

Just finally managed to get the slot machine to open, after it stalled on loading 0% about 5 times. Then the software froze and had to be closed. Then stalled on loading 100%. When I did get it open played the 5 spins and won nothing!

Nothing wrong with my computer or internet speed. This has been happening now for a long time. I think the problems started with the software update that brought those stupid throwable things in.

Yes I am having the same problems on Window 7. Sometimes it works but more not.

What country are you from?Try using VPN-connection,maybe this will help
