I'm seeing 6.5BB etc, instead of Dollar amounts on the tables.

Are you sue you do not mean partypoker? PP let you flip beween chip value and amount in blinds by clicking on your chip amount.

Thanks for the heads-up! This is something I wanted to set in the past, but it was not possible back then. I don't know when they gave us this option, but I just checked the settings and it's there:

Table Appearance -> Table Display ->
☐ Show Stack Values in Big Blinds for Tourneys
☐ Show Stack Values in Big Blinds for Cash Games

Mine were unchecked, though.

Hmmm seems like a copy from PartPoker. Would be good if you could toggle it the same way in game.

Thanks Man... i had the advanced graphics option turned off, and when i turned it on, I saw the tab... this new advanced graphic hypnosis that will make me play crazier!

In the settings you can return the amount in chips

Because of this innovation, the developer will suffer StarsHelper. Now this program is not needed and will not be bought. I bought it at the time.

Not sure, but cant you switch between chipcount and BBs by simply clicking on that value in the display next to each player??? I think you can change it back and forth right on your table, without having to use the options menu...

no worries... you can turn off and make it chips again

I hate the auto log out as it makes it easier to hack your account if youre not logged in 24/7 like I used to be. Maybe they are doing it so the site is less easy to data mine, but I doubt this is a big concern of Stars.

I do like the addition of the Cash Out feature. I didnt realize you can halt your losses with it when behind. I flopped a set when my opponent flopped a wheel. The chips went in and I was offered and took the cash out and cut my losses where I was behind. It saved the remainder of my stack.

You have a valid argument. I do not remember any email or notice telling people to check this feature or any warning what so ever. They just began logging people out. You got a maximum of 30 minutes notice if you were staring at your screen.

They should compensate for this. Not that they will but they should. I would contact support about this.

Also I noticed that lately I have not been getting a chest containing a chance at a platinum pass as per their promotion of winning with A5 on ..02/.05 NL

This has been the case for the last few days. I contacted support about it when it failed to happen twice and I am awaiting a response.

Yeah, it looks like all the good things went with Daniel or maybe bad things came with a new marketing director or something. I almost started crying, when I received an autoresponder from Support, that direct e-mails aren't answered anymore, but at least I got response from their new fancy contact page...

Surely there is a switch to the chips in the settings. This is a failure after the upgrade.

Like I said in a few posts above, it's there in Table Appearance -> Table Display -> At the bottom:

☑ Show Stack Values in Big Blinds for Tourneys
☐ Show Stack Values in Big Blinds for Cash Games

You can remove the checkmark ✓ if you don't want it. Also, the tooltip says:

This option will change the default view of displaying the in-game stacks and bet values from currency to values relative to the big blind. Clicking on your own in-play stack will change the display mode for that table as well.

So, you probably misclicked on your stack and got the wrong mode? This option never turned on for me automatically.

Still not getting a chest on A5 hands I win as they owe me 3 now. Winning at the .02/.05 NL Zoom. The field is easy which surprises me. No response yet from stars after 3 days.

i don't click in anything, misclicked? if i see this option i will never click c'mon, this happen autotically in last ps update, but i adjust how i like, end off this thread for me

This is not a software problem. You just have to change your personal settings to the ones that are convenient for you.
