Pokerstars rewards got worse? Pokerstars is getting worse?

Been playing pokerstars for years and now i am finally in serious contemplation of leaving site all together.
Been looking at 888 but its not very streamline in layout (confusing) and looks childish in design, like it was intended to attract a younger demographic (teens). Still will give it a try.

Hi, is it only me or everyone else no longer gets weekly poker reward chest? Power path added tickets got way less, there are way less phases to play, satelites number decreased way in numbers recently... Maybe some one knows what is going on? Was there a change in management? It seems that all the most popular, exceeding garantees stelite tournaments are thrown away for some reason, rewards are reduced. Why is that? This makes no sense unless Pokerstars is starting to go belly up.

I dont play satellites that frequently, but as far, as I know, PokerStars still have satellites for most of their main tournaments. So what games is it exactly, you are missing?

Swedes are technically allowed to play on GG But while it's easy to get money in it's almost impossible to get money out.

Luxonpay and Astropay were options before but the Swedish Banks don't accept transfers to your Bank account from these "digital wallets".

And while I complain about how Sweden treats Poker players: they just closed the only Casino for Live poker in the second and third-largest cities in Sweden and probably soon close the one in Stockholm too.

You are treated like a drug dealer if you get money from poker or sports betting.

Can't you just send to a digital bank like revolut before sending to those less popular ones? So basically add an exta step. Worth it because rakeback is amazing, its really a big deal, and GG is much softer and bigger player pool than pokerstars.

People from sweden who play on GG often have to use an Affiliate or Agent - but since I no longer play Poker for any substantial money it is not worth contacting a third party just for small amounts of money.

Yeah thats one the popular standard excuses the corrupt tyrants are using. It's obviously bs because playing poker isn't illegal so they are just corrupt. There is no other explanation. I wouldn't be surprised if they have some corrupt deal with pokerstars to deny us from playing at any competitor.

That's why I'm really interested in crypto poker rooms but the problem is that well its pretty much same problem when it comes to on and off ramps. The problem you have is same for most western countries but it seems like your country has it maybe worst of all countries in the world. Also the crypto poker rooms are a bit dead, almost no one playing there. Poker players in general don't know much about crypto, they only know what the government's propaganda is so they don't trust crypto.

I completed my silver chest today which used to cost 2850, and received a message that it will downgrade. Now I have a blue chest (which used to be 2 levels lower than a silver chest) and it costs 2000...

and how much is the reward? It used to be $5 for 2850 points.
I'm at the same point right now, 350 points left.

I didn't complete it yet, but according to PS site, it's gonna be 3$ (or 15% rakeback). Next chest is for 6000 and is 10.50$ (17.5%).

When I had a look at the new program on the world site I was shocked that IMO is much harder to earn cash back

I am sure that eventually we will be switched as well but I sure hope they don't because it will be pretty hard to move up chest levels unless you are a high roller or multi-table like crazy.

even if you win such a ticket you have to play many phases , every step o0r phase is harder than the previous one . power path but no power , more like losing time it seems to me . but time will show . anyway i keep on playing to get a ticket , but i do this only for fun . for the time being . but if the pay nothing i will stop playing them . its boring .

I think they're referring to the 'freeroll' satellites. I'm only aware of them because I looked up 'luckyfish' one day out of curiosity and saw that he played literally THOUSANDS of those games (like 20 to 30 games per day or more).... the type where like top 5 win a ticket out of thousand entrants. How anyone could miss a game like that... idk. I think the site is doing them a favor to break a bad habit.

Total joke. I've just dropped down to blue chests and am barely playing there now. I actually think this could be a blessing in disguise as there are much softer games elsewhere, enjoying 888 right now!

2.000 reward points in one calendar month , so a recreational who plays micro or nano stakes occasionally , not everyday , and not too many games , this guy will not be able to get rakeback anymore

This chest lifespan is not renewed every time you play like in the past . You have to pay this rake in exactly one month .

This system is a little better than the one partypoker has . Same almost demand in rake but they PartyPoker demands this rake in one week . So PartyPoker owners are crazier than PokerStars'

I guess PokerStars now goes more for pros and regs , it follows the example of PartyPoker
