Does anyone know how to change the profile picture in pokerstars? I've tried a lot only avatar supports

I changed it ages ago.

Just checked and it doesn't seem to work on the mobile App. Have you tried in the desktop version? If not, quickly ask support. They're usually pretty fast in replying

In fact, you can't change the avatar to your own in your mobile app - only to the standard ones that are already there.

You can change the avatar through your poker client on your computer. It's pretty simple: click on the avatar icon and select "edit image" and then select "upload new image". Further, I think everything is clear.

The only thing that needs to be taken into account is that any own avatar is checked by moderators. Usually it doesn't take much time (for me, as far as I remember) the check took less than 24 hours. But it may take a few days.

Also, earlier, it was possible to change the avatar to your own only 1 time. Further, if you wanted to change the avatar, you had to write to the support service and indicate the reasons for the change.

Now, as far as I remember, it can be done up to 3 times a month. Moderators check the acceptability of the avatar and, if everything is in order, then approve the change.
