I cant find here pokerstars officials.

But i always send request to support PS.

As we know, there is alot of cheaters whose is not CC member, but play and itm in our freeroll, even platinum Level freerolls.

I suggest writing to support pokerstars to Freeze their accounts until they tell to support where their password comes from.

But for this we need support of Administrations CardsChat ... Or it will be forever in freerolls... If they accounts will be freeze , they have no necessary to play Freeroll.

Do CardsChat have direct communication with PS support ?! Is it option Possible ???

Not gonna happen. PS would sooner just remove the freerolls. Just deal with the inevitability that from time to time the password will get shared

If we want these freerolls, it is up to us to find out who is sharing passwords.

In the first post of EVERY freeroll game thread, it will state this...

Contacting support is a great way to just get these games pulled for being a nuisance to the support team. It's not PokerStars support's problem or responsibility to worry about password thieves in our games. Not to mention the fact that support really has nothing to do with the set up of these games.

Believe me, I understand what a pain in the ass these thieves are - it's why we have very few all members games in comparison to Platinum. But ultimately it's up to the membership to be respectful of not just the forum, but of the other players to not share the password. Do not contact support about issues with our games. This is very important.

I'm going to go ahead and close this because there really isn't more to say on the topic, sorry.
