People starting thinking this about me a long time ago, and im a student haha.

Haha one of my concerns when I go Uni. Sat in my room for hours and occasionally staying up till 5 in morning when I run deep. Think I'll hold off on poker for first month so people don't think I'm a reclusive degen lol.

I'll definitely play some of them on Friday. (that's also my mates b-day, sorry Keith) I'm seriously bad when playing hungover though and my hangovers ain't gettin any easier. I could choose to drink less but I'm not good at that either. I'm thinkin I might scrap most of my plans til Monday and put in alot of work then. Got .frs Micro Series to think about too. So much dead money in that. Aaaaarrrrrrgggggggghhhhhh!!!!

This is exactly what they think of me well i was not being a degen for like the 1st 2/3 months then i learnt how to BRM and then I just became a degen ha

Haha given the nature of the games I play (plus hopefully playing $15s by Uni time), HT HUs I can easily drop like $200+ in a day and to non poker playing people it just sounds so bad lol. One of the reasons I rarely talk much about poker IRL.

I wouldn't like to talk numbers about my poker either with people that aren't familiar with it. I've had a few brutal downswings/bad play streaks/whatever of $1k or more. Just doesn't sound good. Not exactly sure (shows how much I study my game) but I think the worst I've done is drop ~$400 in a day.

Edit: Enough of this negative talk, I'm gonna smash the MM and move up in stakes!

Ye its super annoying speaking to people who dont understand it, having said that a few people ive met play a bit, and can speak to them so its not that bad.

Either Lancaster or Keele depending on how I've done in A-levels. Need an A in biology for Lancaster.

Guess this isnt a bad idea, because with what i imagine to be shocking fields in terms of standard, if any semi decent player can just hold their hands early on there is going to be so much dead money and it will probably only involve higher level thinking when you approach the FT and if you got that far anyway you probably ran pretty well, so this isnt a bad idea

You kinda lost me here a bit
It's basically a roll of the dice/lotto imo. If you're decent, it's like showin' up with a few more tickets (again 'imo').
I imagine that even very deep in these tourneys you'll see a ton of ridiculously bad players (picture Sunday Storm but with better structures). Actually I don't 'imagine' it, I'm sure of it.

I always dream that I am chipleader 7handed and that I get dissconnected every time and can get connected back. Always seems to wake me up so don't know how it ends.
