Have 9015 chips at this break. .. but at least still in it...
Made one good/ bad fold --- had TT - raised 3 peep in pot - flop AQJ...i folded to raise.. turn Q.. river T... KJ won with str8 - nice fat pot.
Also had a 99 - folded was GF - and had an other TT - folded - also was GF.
Need to win a pot .. getting s bit of hands but they fall apart after flop.

I see this kind of thinking often when as JB says, "don't sweat it" (even 30bb's is workable.... so is 20 if it comes down to it).
I've been hovering between 8k < > 14k all game so far. Now I'm on 11k. I've got a bit over 25bb's here on 3rd break. I could care less how that compares to the average stack or that it is less than it was earlier, etc. etc.
I have 25bb's in my stack & will (hopefully) play it accordingly.
... I have a friend who often accumulates a huge stack in first couple hours.. then he loses a big chunk & immediately figures he's lost like 90% of his tournament equity. Sure it's a drag but in reality it means very little. Just re-adjust & start anew on the current stack size you have at that point. Tryin' to play 'catch-up' to win back some chips so that we can feel that perhaps we have a comfortable sized stack vs. the average (or vs. whatever... our perception of comfortable I suppose??) isn't a good way to look at it imo.

is that I did play a very late sat 0.55 R/A - and did win T$22 - (I spent $3.50 in the game)
So will go on and play something else, I feel I did shake off the big game now.

I have seen this thinking attitude being real successful time and time again. In deep stack games I just start getting worried at about 75% of original stack and that becomes a panic attack if I get to about 50% of original stack. And yes I like to keep close to avg chips - then I feel comfortable. I wish I could switch something in my brain so this would not happen.

I will play a 25bb stack... & I will lose it accordingly LOL
Most of my table were fairly decent.. maybe one weak tight who was changing up his preflop raise sizing according to the strength of their hand (telegraphing what he had.... & then would 'show' it each time he won uncontested) & one other who was really loose & terrible (not aggro loose... just loose/bad.. ie. he'd called a preflop raise coming from a 15bb stack with J4o in SB.. then on a 984ss flop he CRAI & rivers a '4' for the win???
He's the guy I lost to... 'obv.' lol
