I wondered the same thing last night as I was falling asleep and for the same reason lol, I am fairly certain it does not since they don't classify that as a cashout while they do classify the transfer to stars as a cashout.

However you could always have a read of the rules on it in detail, I just happened to read a couple of points and saw the cashout piece that that transferring to FTP counts as a cashout.

funny thing transfer to tilt counts as cashout but if you transfer from tilt it doesnt count as a deposit sigh!!
