Guys, 2 weeks ago I had a problem logging into pokerstars. When entering the poker room, a window appears with “error 107”. When you close this window, the entire PokerStars client program also closes automatically. All this apparently happened after Pokerstars made an update, and the client program began to be installed from Pokerstars. com. (earlier for my region there was pokerstars.eu.) I wrote a letter to the support service, within a week I sent them a letter of support twice. They suggested going into the options of the PokerStars client program and finding the login files and sending them to their address. Their support turned out to be zero, since I cannot enter the client program options (the program crashes). My Reinstallation of Windows 11 to factory conditions did not solve the problem.
Guys, what advice can you give me to get back into the game? Can the login files that need to be sent to technical support be found among the Windows 11 folders? Are there other options to fix this problem?
