PokerStars Login Jingle?

As of yesterday, when I had a pokerstars update, everytime I login, I now hear a super short audio clip. The jingle is maybe only one second long, but I'm wondering if anyone else knows what I'm talking about. (I'm not just hearing things, right? )

Furthermore, do you like it? Do you hate it? Thoughts? Personally, I don't think it really adds anything - I might even prefer how it was without the jingle sounding every time I login to Pokerstars.

Finally, (out of nothing more than curiosity at this point) does anyone recognize this jingle? Is it a famous song with a full version, or is this something Pokerstars just invented recently?

I told a friend of mine I heard disco music when I logged into Pokerstars after not playing there for a while and he didn't have a clue since he keeps all the sounds turned off lol, it's not my first choice of a song that's for sure!

I don't think it's really fair to call this snippet "A Fifth of Beethoven". It is three seconds of Beethoven's Fifth Symphony with arrangement and instrumentation of A Fifth of Beethoven.

I'm sure the PokerStars legal department shares my feelings.

Whaaaat? In the "international community" (or at least here in non-Ontario, canada), this has been the opening soundtrack to PokerStars for well over two years.

Thanks for the information, but here in Michigan, USA Pokerstars.net only began this jingle during the recent update I mentioned. Before this, the login had no sound. pokerstars.com (real money version of that site) still isn't legal for money games here. USA has had weird gambling laws as I'm sure you are familiar with. However, the state of Michigan has somewhat recently legalized gambling (few months ago?), but their Pokerstars version I don't use because for real money games (legal) Pokerstars only has Pokerstars Michigan which is the "same" site but fenced off from the world player pool. If I were to play legal money games on Pokerstars Michigan, then (at least for now) it would only be against other Michigan players on the site, but they still have yet to join the "world" community...

Hopefully getting there...
