I play in the elementary league now and reach 589 places, there are still 5 tournaments left. Hopefully I can get more points. This October is my first month in the league. Hopefully next month I can move to the next level.

I participate in League play there is difficult I would say because the entrance to the tournament without payment a lot of players who just play comes through oline does not matter to them win or lose but there is fun to play I advise everyone who still plays and good luck.

I was in the highschool league but unfortunately it was not possible to process mutos crazy guys playing and hit everything else anyway follow the game.

I was doing very well and then I got very busy at work and haven’t been able to concentrate on poker too much in the last two weeks so it’s looking like I won’t make the cut this month. Oh well. I won’t be so busy next month so I’ll hopefully make it then. Congrats to all who made the next step up [emoji4]

I think you are mistaken. In this league there are a lot of very weak players, a lot of players in the seat-out who just sleep. To get points for this league, you just need to double your stack, and wait for the fish to fly out. Play your best hands. Play them aggressively and everything will be OK.

In the following leagues the game will not be so simple.

I would like to finish this month within the first two thousand players of the elementary league, and thus move to the next level. At the moment I am among the 4000 players, I have not had much luck in my last tables because I lost against players who always go there with marginal hands that in one way or another win me the pot. I am confident that I will be able to be among those 2000 players, I play 2 daily tournaments from Monday to Friday since last week, and I hope this week to get into more advanced positions.

I have heard that elementary is the hardest step to advance from because of that reason. Just a note in case you didn’t know you have a limit of 50 games you can play for the month and then a notice will pop up saying that you can’t play anymore until next month. Just keep this in mind in case you enrol and then aren’t able to play so your just sitting out the whole time. Also my strategy this month has been to never go all in preflop with a monster hand because you are right there are too many people that call with a drawing hand and outdraw you. Elementary for Me

I played in the League many, many years ago. The scoring was very different. No promotions to higher levels.
In late October I re-discovered the PokerSchool League and like the new format. Naturally I had to start in November in Elementary School. I have only cashed once, but have 15 games in the points, with many tournaments left to get better scores. I am hoping to climb into the cash prizes before Nov 30. I am almost guaranteed to graduate to High School next month.

Too many players get into Elementary League games just because they are freerolls and there are no entry requirements. It requires patience to score points.

You are absolutely right about patience needed for elementary level. It’s the hardest level in my opinion.

Making my move

Today I have increased my best 15 with two deep runs. Right now I am just below 500th place, but several players ahead of me are maxed out on their 52 tournaments. With a one or two more deep runs I just might crack the money list.
