PokerStars LeaderBoard Points??

Hey all,

Could anyone tell me why my sharkscope says I have 576 pokerstars leaderboard points when I don't play on there, I'm only on partypoker atm.
It has increased since yday so I'm assuming I can gain points for it even when playing on other sites?
Also what are they for? Like can I win stuff with them or gain entry into tourneys or something?

Hey Guicor,
So on shakescope.com it says I have racked up 576 Pokerstars tournament leaderboard points & I'm just wondering how this is possible when I don't have an account with Pokerstars?
The "prizes/tourney tickets" question is irrelevant really since I doubt I'm anywhere near the top of any leaderboard anyway :rofl:
But I've been googling about earning the points & all the links just lead me to articles that say "play on Pokerstars to earn points" so I'm just curious as to how I've racked up so many!
Anyway, no biggie just figured someone on here might know the score
