pokerstars froze my account

After reading your story plus alll the advise people have given/suggested I think to myself"why did PS shut down my account ?"
They don't know you and the real reason why you created another account.They have to think you are guilty of something.Even opening the second account to get a second sign up/deposit BONUS means you are trying to fraud them .Imagine if every player signed up multiple times to gain multiple Bonuses....PS would not be happy.
Perhaps you were just trying to change your screen name....write to PS help and they will advise you how to do this.I know you are allowed once to change it.
I think you should just wait patiently and I am sure you will get your refund.

thats some happy end there But I hope you learned lesson finally, play only with one account... I think in this case you were pretty lucky you got your money back and they let you play on 1 acc. after opening 3 accounts and requesting more bonuses.

read the terms and conditions on every site you join, that way you know whether or not youre at risk. that said, opening 3 accounts on stars is just careless, to be honest youre lucky you got your money back, I seen money confiscated from accounts for sillier reasons, don't be so careless, and by careless I mean a lot of things don't put yourself in a situation where they can legally take your cash.

I didnt break any eules. I deposited $140, tried to play, rgwn all of a sudden my account was frozen. Ive had this account 7 years ir si, and never have had an issue until these last few weeks. Pokerstars wont even email me back, and theyve closed live chat. I just want to know what after 7 years they all of a sudden think Im a security risk. I sent copies of my ID years ago when I opened the account. I dont understand. Please help

you might just have to call them up ..they do have a phone number i do not have it on top of head but check google for it ..i called them up 2 years ago and roasted them for shutting my account off for nothing , come to find out it was because my brother who plays on stars was playing from the same internet connection which is downstairs and im upstairs at the time and they figured something fishy was going on so after roasting them about it i told them i was sorry for doing that and explained to them what the household situation was and they said everything would be fine as long as we didnt play same tables on cash games ,or mtts together so eventually i went to sit n gos and my own cash tables and he resorted to mtts and his own cash tables , eventually they re opened my account after some verification e.i : proof of address , drivers license , and a social security number thankfully my brother has moved on as so have i into our own homes so now were free to do whatever chalk it up as a lesson learned i guess ,and good luck pal itll work out for ya man GOJETSGO79
