Pokerstars.eu has been terminated, reinstallation problem

After I entered pokerstars on my PC, the software said that I had to update from Pokerstars.eu to .com, and after the update, as soon as I entered the software, a window appeared, but there was only white space in it, then the PS Lobby is also starting to fall apart.
I wrote to the customer service now, I hope it will be resolved soon, but I don't understand, is Pokerstars.eu closed?

Anyone else have this problem?

When I logged into Pokerstars today, just before the afternoon freeroll, it also asked for an update, but it was quick and it opened normally after that and I had no problems while playing.

Delete completely from your PC including Win registry and then make a clean re-install.
That should work

Try running as administrator or in compatability mode. (Right click on the icon and chose run as administrator)

Yes, the same thing happens to me!

Support responded today, they said to look for a new driver for my video card.
I did this on Intel's site, but it says that there is the latest driver program, but this is an older machine and an old video card that I have a problem with, and the last driver program for it came out at the end of 2019.

If your driver is old, then this could be the problem, if not, then I don't know.

Pokerstars found an outdated driver based on my log files, but that could be because there is no new one. 😅

I tried this too, but the problem is the same.
I can register for the events, but I will play from another device that is not as old as this one.

I had the same problem with my old PC, it kept crashing, I took the money I earned in frerrolls and bought a new one.😉😁

I can register from the PC and play as well, only the Lobby falls apart if it bothers me a lot, I switch to the phone. 😂

It looks like the only problem is that my video card driver is not good enough for this new update, or so Pokerstars said, but the last driver for my video card is 2019 and it's damn old, but I'm not buying a new one now.
I am still in correspondence with PS to see if there is a sensible solution, until then I will keep play poker my phone and other alternatives.
But there is no problem with GGPoker.

I see. That's a big problem on their side and they may solve it once they get many feedbacks. I doubt many would buy a new video card just because their unsuccesful update.

My PC is state of the art PC. 10K+ PC it is not old ) The new pokerstars update ****ed everything up and they know it because there are more and more people having issues with the client.

Also I talked to support and they said they see the problem and they will fix it. I guess will have to wait.

After logging in, a lobby appears, then 2 windows pop up with error 101, I close the windows, everything disappears, I contacted support, according to their methods, the same option.

They might be working on something, because my lobby doesn't fall apart anymore, but that pop-up empty window is still there.

I honestly think pokerstars tech department has become a total joke and is getting worse all the time,
that is the only site there are any forum games at a time I can possibly ever play once in a while and the homes games just hangs there or if it does load it constantly disconnects,
and no it's not my device because it happens no matter what device I use and it happens to my friends who play too, ... whine over lol
