PokerStars erased the notes.

In the update, I noticed that all the notes had disappeared.
Fortunately, I had saved most of it on my PokerTracker4.

Yes, I also noticed that a lot of people write down about the players we make and highlight the players with colors, they just removed the players and disappeared from the players, so I had to re-enter the player colors and notes again. I hope that in the new update it won't be difficult to remember all players

Every weekend I save my tournament histories and notes on an external hard drive, there could be a problem with the PC, or even with the room.

The file location was probably changed, you can recover them as they are stored on your hard drive. Locate the file and import them in your player notes editor. I am not very technical myself but let me know if you need help.
