I sent that info to them last Sunday because I was in 2 cardschat games and got disconnected. They also had a sitewide pause for about 30 minutes but I lost connection afterwards too. Support said they would get back to me within 48 hours, but I haven't heard anything, been a week now.

It is ridiculous.. Whats worse is there crap ass apologies.. No refunds no nothing. Just sorry... Last time i sent screen shot and got no refunds or nething.. Just the same lame ass sorry.. Its not about the money.. Its the principle imo

I had this happen to me over a year ago during a HU game. Neither of us could play, but the blinds went up several times during the pause which made the game a crap-shoot when it finally started again.

Tell support that you want a refund and they will tell you what to do. I think I had to provide a tournament ID, state the reason for the refund request, and email that request to a specific email address with a specific message title.

Once I sent my properly formatted email in to the new address I think they replaced my $5.50 buy-in the next day.
^^^^^^^^ this PC, Joe.. Do not forget they had a crash last week, they are working on it....

This is off topice PC69..........how do you take a screen shot like that?? I am not the best with computers, thanks.
Click on window and hit the Alt+Insert/print screen keys, then go in to paint and hit Ctrl+paste. Thats just for one window, to get the whole screen just hit Insert/print screen key.

1). Press print screen on your Keyboard or if you have a winow within a window press Alt and print screen together to capture the active screen.

2). Open MS Paint.

3). Press Ctrl and v simultaneously, or right mouse click and then paste.

4). Press Alt then f then a to open the save as box, or click file and select Save as

5). Select Jpeg from the drop down menu at "save as type" and name your file, and select save and choose where to save the file.

6). When ready to post make sure you go advanced or click post reply which automatically takes you to the advanced area and then follow the steps below.

7). when your ready to add your picture to your post, scroll down towards the bottom of the screen where it says "Attach Files" and left click the "Manage Attachments" button. Another box will appear.

8). In this box, left click "browse". Another box box will appear, find your picture and double click it and the box will disappear and now there will be a location listed to the left of the browse button.

9). Left click upload and your picture should upload as part of your post.

*****If you get alot of white around your screen shot, at the botomright corner of the white area there is a dot, point to the dot and when your pointer changes to a double ended arrow drag it to remove the excess white area from your screeny.*****

Good luck and I hope this makes things a little easier for you, with practice this becomes very easy and quick.
